Winemakers Dinner featuring the Champagne House of Bollinger and Norwegian Champion Chef Nils Flatmark. Nils, who is also the reigning Norwegian and Nordic champion in culinary arts and a member of the National Culinary Team, will curate the menu and craft dishes paired with the wines alongside his team.
Eva Gottesmann will grace Storfjord for the day, bringing with her a profound understanding of the history and philosophy of Bollinger. Having served as a Bollinger Ambassador in France for seven years, Eva has now ascended to the role of Export Manager for much of Europe, including the Nordic countries. Eva will partake in advanced masterclasses, tastings, and the Winemakers Dinner.

Bollinger - the story:
Champagne Bollinger was established in 1829 and is a story of a family. Located, side by side with Champagne Ayala in the Grad Cru town of Aÿ, Bollinger is one of the last independent family-owned champagne houses. Bollinger is also the oldest official supplier to the English royal house (1884) and has had British solid ties since then. The woman behind Bollinger's international success and who is central to Bollinger and who also created and developed Bollinger R.D. is Madame Elisabeth Jacques Bollinger who took over after her husband's death and managed Bollinger from 1941 to 1971. In addition, Bollinger is also known as James Bonds preferred champagne.
